Bring: Boxing Gloves, Boxing Hand Wraps, Mouthguard, Shin Guards, and Water Imagine all the punches of boxing, and add powerful knees, elbows, and kicks and you get what is widely regarded as the most effective striking art form in the world. This kickboxing program includes technical instruction, pad work, partner drills, light sparring, conditioning, and stretching. This class is great for all levels.
